DOMESTIC SHIPPING (only)
We use USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation for all shipping within the U.S., its territories, Puerto Rico and military addresses.

We cannot ship to:
• Internationally (unless it is a US territory)
• Multiple addresses from a single order

DELIVERY TIMES
1-3 days for continental USA; up to 7 days for Alaska, Hawaii Puerto Rico and the US territories.

Pour le Monde parfums make a wonderful gift! For an additional fee, we can wrap your fragrance gift in beautiful, recycled silver gloss paper tied with degradable and recyclable white paper raffia ribbon. Personalized message included. $3.95

PROCESSING TIME

All orders received before 2 pm EST shall be shipped out the same day or best effort. Any orders received after 2 pm EST will be shipped out no later than the following business day or by Monday in the case of orders received between 2pm EST Friday and end of day Sunday. Orders placed on holidays will be processed the following business day.

ORDER TRACKING
Once you place your order, you will receive confirmation and shipment tracking for full size orders only. Sample packs get sent out US mail.

RETURNS/REFUND POLICY
Pour le Monde hopes you’ll be thrilled with your 100% natural eau de parfum. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to offer exchanges and returns, provided they are in their original, sealed and unopened condition only, within 10 days of receipt.

Items must be returned in their original packing and have an authorization number which can be retrieved by contacting our customer service team: customerservice@plmparfums.com. We regret that original shipping and handling cannot be refunded. Returns must be shipped via GROUND and with a trackable and/or insured shipping method, as Pour le Monde cannot be responsible for lost return shipments. Returns will be processed as quickly as possible and we will notify you by email once it is processed and a credit will be issued back to the original form of payment. Due to sanitary and hygiene reasons, any items that are returned opened, used or damaged will not be issued a refund.

Should damage or loss incur during shipment of your order, please contact the USPS as it is their responsibility. Addressee must initiate damage claims against the shipper and file claims. Please let us know if we can assist in any way.
